DEPOSIT. The deposit for each set of Bidding Documents is $100.00. Checks shall be made payable to

DeSoto Parish Police Jury. Deposit for the first set is fully refundable to all bonafide prime

Bidders upon return of the documents, in good condition, bound as issued, and free of marks, colors

or notes, no later than ten days after receipt of bids. The deposit for all other sets of documents

will be refunded 50% upon return of documents as stated above. General contractors not submitting

bids on project will be refunded 50% of the deposit upon return of the bid documents in the

condition and timeframe described above.
